• यह simple HTML से कोडिंग करके बनाया जाता है।
• इसे बनाना बहुत ही आसान है।
• इसको बनाने में समय कम लगता है।
• अगर लागत की बात करें तो यह बहुत ही सस्ता होता है।
• यह किसी भी प्रकार के डेटाबेस से कनेक्ट नही होता।
• इसके content static होते हैं यानी ये अपने आप update नही होते।
• साईट को update करने के लिए coding करना जरुरी है।
• जब तक आप इसके कोड में changes नही करेंगे तब तक इसके कंटेंट में बदलाव नही होगा।
• इस प्रकार कि web site का उपयोग किसी व्यक्ति विशेष की personal information दिखाने या किसी Company या Organization की जानकारी को दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है।
