Microcontroller 8051:-

            8051 माइक्रोकन्ट्रोलर 8-बिट चिप पर कार्य करता है जो 12 MHz फ्रीक्वेंसी पर operate होता है। यह एक बहुत ही शक्तिशाली इन्स्ट्रक्शन है जो बिट और बाइट प्रोसेसर के नाम से जाना जाता है। इसे 1981 में इंटेल द्वारा developed किया गया है। 8051 microcontroller एक 40 पिन 8 बिट माइक्रोकंट्रोलर है। यह एक CISC बेस माइक्रोकंट्रोलर है जिसमें Harvard आर्किटेक्चर है।

             माइक्रोकंट्रोलर का मुख्य रूप से energy management, touch screen, automobiles और medical devices में किया जाता है। यह एक CISC based Microcontroller है।  8051 माइक्रोकंट्रोलर के अन्य एप्लीकेशन टीवी. होम सिक्योरिटी सिस्टम, गैराज डोर openers, Defense System, Medical Equipment, Robotics, Remote Sensing etc.
