2. Cloud Computing:-
Cloud Computing वह टेक्नोलॉजी है जिसमे इंटरनेट का इस्तेमाल करके विभिन्न तरह की services प्रदान की जाती हैं। यह services कुछ भी हो सकती हैं चाहे किसी प्रकार का सॉफ्टवेयर हो या सर्वर पर storage space दिया जाना हो या कोई अन्य services हो। क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग का मतलब है यूजर को इंटरनेट के एक सर्वर पर (जिसे क्लाउड कहा जाता है) डाटा स्टोरेज की फैसिलिटी प्रदान की जाती है। ऐसे में Cloud पर space खरीदकर यूजर अपना कितना भी डाटा उस पर save कर सकता है और अपने डाटा को फिर दुनिया में कहीं से भी access कर सकता है।
Service Model:-
Cloud के द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली सर्विस के आधार पर Cloud Computing के निम्न प्रकार हैं।
1. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS):- इस तरह की सर्विस में क्लाउड का कंप्यूटिंग पावर, स्टोरेज, सॉफ्टवेयर, नेटवर्क पावर और बाकी सारा कण्ट्रोल यूजर के पास होता है। इस सर्विस को मूल रूप से बिज़नेस के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। इसका सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण VPS यानी वर्चुअल प्राइवेट सर्वर है। जिसमे आपको सॉफ्टवेयर और नेटवर्क के साथ-साथ कंप्यूटिंग पावर भी मिलती है।
2. Platform as a Service (PaaS):- Paas (Platform as a service) में यूजर को सिर्फ एक प्लेटफार्म मिलता है। जिसमे या तो स्टोरेज या कंप्यूटिंग पावर हो सकती है इसमें आप चीजों को पूरी तरह कण्ट्रोल नहीं करते इन्हे क्लाउड प्रोवाइडर ही कण्ट्रोल कर सकते हैं इसके उधारण हैं जीमेल, रीडिफ़, याहू आदि।
3. Software as a Service (SaaS):- Saas (Software as a service) में आपको रिमोट सर्वर पर होस्टेड केवल एक सॉफ्टवेयर ही मिलता है जिसका इस्तेमाल किसी निश्चित काम के लिए किया जाता है। इस तरह की सर्विसेज को ज्यादातर छोटे बिज़नेस के काम में लेते हैं। इस तरह की सर्विस में किसी भी तरह का सॉफ्टवेयर हो सकता है जैसे गूगल डॉक्स ऑनलाइन या गूगल सुईट आदि ये सभी saas के उदाहरण हैं।
2. Cloud Computing:-
Cloud Computing is a technology in which various types of services are provided using the Internet. These services can be anything, whether it is any kind of software or providing storage space on the server or any other services. Cloud computing means that the user is provided the facility of data storage on a server on the Internet (called cloud). In such a situation, by purchasing space on the cloud, the user can save any amount of his data on it and can then access his data from anywhere in the world.
Service Model:-
Based on the service provided by Cloud, there are following types of Cloud Computing.
1. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS):- In this type of service, the computing power, storage, software, network power and all other control of the cloud is with the user. This service is basically used for business. The biggest example of this is VPS i.e. Virtual Private Server. In which you get software and network as well as computing power.
2. Platform as a Service (PaaS):- In PaaS (Platform as a service), the user gets only one platform. In which there can be either storage or computing power, in this you do not control things completely, only the cloud provider can control them, examples of this are Gmail, Rediff, Yahoo etc.
3. Software as a Service (SaaS):- In SaaS (Software as a service), you get only one software hosted on a remote server which is used for a specific task. These types of services are mostly used by small businesses. This type of service can contain any type of software like Google Docs Online or Google Suite etc., all these are examples of SaaS.
