            Software Defined Network (SDN) एक नेटवर्क आर्किटेक्चर है जिसके द्वारा network ज्यादा flexible बनता है और इसे manage करना आसान होता है। “SDN एक architecture है जो software applications का प्रयोग करके network को intelligently (समझदारी से) और केन्द्रीय रूप से control करने में सक्षम बनाता है।” SDN बहुत ही dynamic, manage करने योग्य, adaptable (अनुकूल) और cost-effective (किफायती) है इसलिए इसका उपयोग dynamic और high-bandwidth वाली applications में किया जाता है।

            Software Defined Network (SDN) is a network architecture by which the network becomes more flexible and easier to manage. “SDN is an architecture that enables the network to be controlled intelligently and centrally using software applications.” SDN is very dynamic, manageable, adaptable and cost-effective, hence it is used in dynamic and high-bandwidth applications.
