Twisted Pair Cable:-

                      ट्विस्टेड पेअर केबल का प्रयोग LAN(Local Area Network) में सबसे ज्यादा किया जाता है, यह केबल दो Insulated कॉपर की तारो से मिलकर बनी होती है, यह परस्पर लिपटे होते है, यह तकनीकी बहुत पहले से प्रयोग की जा रही है,  Unshielded Twisted Pair(UTP) और Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) दो प्रमुख्य तरह की ट्विस्टेड पेअर केबल होती है

  UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair):-

          Unshielded Twister Pair Cable में दो इंसुलेटेड कंडक्टर होते है ,जो एक दूसरे से ट्विस्टेड होते है ,जो की स्पाइरल का आकर बनाते है। इसका उपयोग ज्यादातर लोकल एरिया नेटवर्क (LAN)  में किया जाता है।

इस केबल को अलग-अलग category में विभाजित किया गया है:

Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, Category 4, Category 5, Category 6, Category 7

 STP (Shielded Twisted Pair):-

Shielded Twisted Pair Cable में हर एक पेअर में मेटल शील्ड या फिर ब्रैडेड मेष दिया जाता है जो की नॉइस रिडक्शन में मदत करता है। Shielded Twisted Pair केबल में शील्ड लगे होने से नॉइस तो रेडके हो जाता है लेकिन वह कीमत और वजन को बढ़ा देता है। यही कारन है की Shielded Twisted Pair Cable की तुलना में Unshielded Twisted Pair Cable ज्यादा उपयोग में लायी जाती है।

 Twisted Pair Cable:-

                         Twisted pair cable is most used in LAN (Local Area Network), this cable is made of two insulated copper wires, they are wrapped together, this technology has been in use for a long time, Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) and Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) are the two main types of twisted pair cables.

  UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair):-

                    Unshielded Twister Pair Cable consists of two insulated conductors, which are twisted together, forming a spiral shape. It is mostly used in Local Area Network (LAN).

This cable is divided into different categories:

Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, Category 4, Category 5, Category 6, Category 7

 STP (Shielded Twisted Pair):-

In Shielded Twisted Pair Cable, each pair is provided with a metal shield or braided mesh which helps in noise reduction. Shielded Twisted Pair Cable being shielded reduces noise but increases the cost and weight. This is the reason why Unshielded Twisted Pair Cable is used more than Shielded Twisted Pair Cable.
